The University of Salford (UK) has just begun a new MSc in VR and Games Technology.
This would make it one of the first Universities to offer an entire (well almost) Masters degree on VR.
I've had a look at the modules and they seem to be quite comprehensive. Another impressive aspect of this programme is the group running the degree have a very strong research track record.
This is one that I will be recommending to my students when they are looking for an MSc in this field.
